Discovery
We discuss the idea, business context, people who will use it and the problem it should solve.
Home / Process
The exact approach depends on the work, but each engagement begins with a shared understanding of what will be delivered.
We discuss the idea, business context, people who will use it and the problem it should solve.
We set out the expected deliverables, responsibilities, timing and price before development begins.
We make practical design and technical decisions and prepare the work for implementation.
We develop the agreed solution in stages that can be reviewed as the work progresses.
We test the agreed functionality and resolve issues identified during review.
We hand over the completed work and arrange any ongoing support that was agreed.
Working together
Before a project starts, the written scope is used to establish the deliverables, project assumptions, responsibilities, timing, price and the method for handling changes. A separate agreement may be used for the project where appropriate.
